As President & COO of Draftfcb, Laurence Boschetto is charged with building a cohesive agency brand around the world, while ensuring operational excellence and growth.

Previously the President and Chief Operating Officer of Draft, Laurence brings not only strong management and leadership skills to his current role, but a well-honed strategic sensibility and experience. Prior to assuming responsibility for Draft's global operations, Laurence served as President and COO of Draft New York, where he and his team nearly tripled the agency’s size between 2002-2006. In the meantime, he helped instill a “Best in Class” ethos into the agency while establishing processes that took the New York office to all-time-high levels of profitability.

Laurence first joined Draft in 1997 as General Manager of the New York office, following Draft’s acquisition of Adler Boschetto Peebles, where he was a Founder and Managing Partner in charge of strategic planning and account services. A general market advertising agency, ABP was widely respected for its expertise in financial services as well as in the entertainment and up-market beauty and cosmetics, and business-to-business industries. Clients ranged from Manufacturers Hanover Trust to First Union, from Van Cleef and Arpels to Christian Dior, from CBS to Prime Star.

Prior to founding ABP, Laurence was EVP of Account Services and Strategic Planning at Edwin Bird Wilson, a marketing consulting and communications company.

Laurence also knows the business from the client side, having held the position of Vice President, Corporate Advertising Director at Manufacturers Hanover Trust where he was responsible for worldwide corporate communications and global brand development.

Laurence began his career in academia and continues to teach Marketing Principles, Brand Development, and Management and Strategic Planning at such prestigious institutions as Iona College’s Hagan Graduate School of Business, and Pace University.

A native of Boston, Laurence received his BA from Iona College and an MBA from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College.
