As Draftfcb’s analytics ace, Paula Fedoris brings to the agency and its clients more than two decades of expertise and know-how in the exponentially growing arena of strategic analytics. Calling on her vast experience — covering consumer and B-to-B strategy and marketing intelligence, as well as multi-channel and digital marketing, CRM solutions, and marketing/brand strategy — she is a key member of Draftfcb’s Global Capabilities Leadership Team and a chief architect behind the agency’s expanding best-in-class analytics function.
A University of Pennsylvania Wharton School grad in finance and international business, and The American University School of International Service, Paula is acknowledged as an innovator and leader in her specialty, known for her creative thinking, profuse understanding, and technological mastery. She is noted for building strategy and analysis teams that utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to assist in making well-informed business decisions that create company growth. She is charged with leveraging the power of data for Draftfcb clients, helping them to outsmart their competition in the marketplace.
In addition to her global responsibilities, Paula oversees strategy and analytics for the New York office and is leveraging the agency’s customer intelligence assets to create new and innovative proprietary tools, bringing the agency’s “analytic smarts” to an ever higher level.
Paula’s distinguished career includes earlier senior posts with Deutsch Inc., Digitas/Digitas Health, Goldman Sachs & Co., and OgilvyOne. Among the clients she has served are: AIG, American Express, AstraZeneca, Disney, Ford, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, The Limited Companies, Merck, Pfizer, Revlon/Almay, Samsung, Staples and The Tribune Companies.
An avid, experienced scuba diver, Paula is a self-described bad golfer. She has been a guest lecturer at NYU’s Stern Business School, has been a member of the Direct Marketing Association, Advertising Women of New York, Wharton Alumni, 85Broads (Goldman Alumni), and the IAB.
